The Pando Triton pant is an interesting product. It doesn’t fit in to a traditional category for motorcycling pants. It is perhaps a jack of all trades but a master of none.
Firstly it is very comfortable. The material has plenty of stretch. The styling is slimish combat pant meets chino. It has no waterproof membrane but is very water resistant. It is very light and easy to wear but could easily be worn over a merino layer in colder weather.
The pants are A rated under EN17092 and come supplied with Level 1 D3O Ghost armour in the knees and hips. We would suggest they are more urban explorer than international adventurer.
The pants are rated at 10,000 mm in terms of waterproofing which is reasonably shower proof but not torrent proof.
The Triton has zips for venting. They also have zips at the bottom to help put on over boots. But they are slim at the ankle – they will not go over an off-road boot.
The Triton comes in an impressive four leg lengths.
