We love Rokker. We love the guys who own the business. We love their philosophy. We love their jeans. But, truth be told, we have never been particularly mad about their gloves. They lacked any structure. They were never particularly technical. They just didn’t do it for us.
But we don’t feel quite so critical about a new glove from Rokker called the Tucson perforated.
The Tucson is a pure summer glove; about as pure as a summer glove gets. It is made from a supple goat’s leather. The leather is perforated throughout. On the main knuckle you get a hard knuckle protector. For added comfort and flexibility there are accordion stretch bands on the fingers. The wrist adjusts by means of a velcro strap. The truth is that there’s not much to say about the Tucson. It is what it is.
It will be a nice glove to wear in warm conditions; and as it wears in it will become a particularly comfortable one too. The fact that it comes with Rokker’s imprimatur is just going to make the glove even more appealing to many. It comes in green, (will go nicely with my Rninet), in yellow/gold, and in black.
