The Rukka D3O back protector is made with a brand new D3O Air material which has been specifically developed for Rukka back protectors. This new material benefits from high performance shock absorption as well as maximum flexibility. The material contains intelligent molecules that flow freely when moving but on shock, they lock together to absorb impact energy, then instantly returning to their flexible state. So instead of going hard on impact, the molecules lock together to absorb and spread the force, reducing the impact. It is extremely comfortable when on and meets CE Level 1 testing.
