Rukka Rimo-R Trousers In Black

The Rimo-R is the matching lower half that has been created to go with the Rimo-R jacket. As a suit, the Rimo-R differs from almost any other on the market. The trouser has a two-layer laminated construction, meaning that it is going to be highly waterproof, yet much lighter and easier to wear than most Rukka pants. This is a suit that has two kinds of rider in mind. First, the serious off-road rider who needs a highly breathable outfit, but who also likes to be prepared for the rain. Secondly, the adventure rider who rarely ventures off road, but who wants wants the benefits of laminated technology as well as excellent venting. But where the Rimo-R differs from other so-called adventure suits is that it does not come supplied with body armour in the knees and hips. And this is because Rukka takes the view that many wearers will want to wear pants with built-in hip protectors and knee protectors that strap directly to the knees. That having been said, the Rico-R pant can be fitted with D3O XTR armour to be fitted into the pockets in the hips and knees.
